The item I received is a slightly different color

We do our best to ensure that all colors in our images are true to life. However, due to differences in device monitors we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors shown online.

Where can I shop your designs?

For now, our online store is the only way to purchase our designs. We will update our website with any future retail partnerships


How long does it take to process my order?

Processing time is 10 Business Days. All designs are handmade-to-order. This means that the item is cut and sewn after your order has been placed and payment confirmed.

Can I get my order processed faster?

You can pay an extra fee to have your order expedited. We do not always stock some fabrics, however, so please contact us to confirm if expediting it will be possible.

Can I modify my order?

No modifications can be made to the order after we begin to process. If your request comes in before processing starts, we may be able to accommodate. Please note that some modifications may incur additional charges and/or extend processing time. Whenever this happens, we will confirm the new timeline as well as payment before we start working on your item(s).


When do I pay for my order?

You pay for your order before we begin processing it. As a small-scale operation, we oftentimes source the fabrics and other materials needed after an order has been placed and payment made. This helps us to limit over-consumption as we only buy what we need.

What are the online payment options available?

We have secure online payment options provided by First Atlantic Commerce (FAC). At checkout, you will be rerouted to a secure payment page to enter your card details. You will be automatically returned to our website after the payment is processed.

What are the offline payment options available?

To serve you better, there are also some offline payment options available:

Can my payment be refunded to my card?

Yes. If you qualify for a refund, as per our shop Refund Policy, your funds will be returned to your original payment source.


Do you ship international?

Yes. We have several shipping options available for international customers. These are based on your shipping address and will be displayed at check-out. To preview all our shipping options, you can review our Shipping Policy.

Will I be able to track my order once it has been shipped?

Not all shipping methods provide tracking. For the ones that do, we will email you a tracking number as soon as your oder has been shipped.

I entered the wrong shipping address. How can I fix this?

If you entered the wrong shipping address please contact us during the processing time as we are unable to reroute orders once they have been shipped.
